Medium-range bathroom installs across south west London. We strip the old room back, sort the pipework, plasterboard, tile, plumb in the new suite and finish with sharp silicone work. One team in and out, photos sent at every stage so you know exactly what is happening.

Scope scales with the size of the job, but these four areas are the spine of every one we do.
Old suite, tiles and pipework lifted carefully so the room is ready for a clean install. Skip booked, waste cleared, no piles left in the front garden.
New pipework set, soil stack adjusted if needed, lighting and shaver-points first-fixed. Pressure-tested before anything is covered.
Aqua-board behind wet areas, level tiling with proper spacers, clean grout. Final silicone work is what most other trades cut corners on. We do not.
WC, basin, bath or shower fitted level and silenced. Brassware aligned to the tile grid, not the wall stud. The room you signed off on the drawings.
A standard mid-range bathroom refit (rip-out, retile, new suite, lights, paint) is typically 7 to 10 working days. Bigger jobs with knock-throughs, repositioned soil pipes or underfloor heating run 2 to 3 weeks.
Either. Most clients prefer us to spec and supply from a B&Q, Wickes or Victoria Plum equivalent at trade. If you have already bought a suite (or want to order direct from Bathstore or similar), we will happily fit it.
We tile ourselves. Mani has been tiling for years and the silicone work at the end is part of the same job, not a hand-off. That is why the finish lines up.
Same team, every job, across SW4, SW8, SW11, SW12, SW15, SW17, SW18, SW19 and CR4.
